Cebu SM Seaside is open and it is the fourth largest SM mall in the Philippines. It has a gross floor area of 470,000 square meters. The biggest SM’s mall in the country is SM Megamall that has a floor area of 570,000 sqm. Second largest is in SM North Edsa which has a floor area of 540,000 sqm., and the third largest mall is the SM Mall of Asia which has 480,000 sqm floor area.
Cebu SM Seaside has a very unique design that has a retail component. This SM mall seaside have entertainment and lifestyle areas including the Seaside Tower. Viewing deck has a 148-meter structure where you can have a 360-degree view of Cebu. The mall is surrounded with restaurants and bars to complement your view while visiting these stores.
There is a full-sized of ice skating rink, cinemas and a bowling center. SM seaside workers reaches to 5,000 or more to run the mall’s operations. This does not include the jobs that the mall’s tenants will generate.
