Cebu Travel Requirements March 1-31 2021
March 12, 2021The Land Transportation Office (LTO) issued a Public Advisory on June 30, 2020 stating that all of its offices will be requiring a driving course completion certificate for applications for student-driver permits, new driver’s license, and additional restriction codes starting August 3, 2020. This certificate can only be issued by LTO accredited driving schools, authorized instructors and administrators, and Driver Education Centers (DECs) in LTO offices.
