From the Cebu North Terminal, the place can be reached by a 3-4 hours bus ride and an approximately 30 minutes boat ride from the Baranggay of Kawit, Medellin. Fees are all very reasonable and visitors are encouraged to bring their own food due to destitute supply in the island.
